CCTV in the work place.

I sometimes wonder if the cameras in our place are more to do with checking on staff movements that security.

I'm an installer and to be honest I've seen more good come out of these systems than bad. If there are ever acusations at work at least you know the system will problably prove you innocent.

I work where there is a lot of CCTV camera and I was very aware of them when I first started, but now I don't even think about them.

I've now fitted in plenty of places that have really benefitted from CCTV. Funny you never get anyone complaining about feeling safer at night.
