Yes I've seen stuff over the net on it. But it is restricted to max 100m per run. I would imagine for those who want to install (and have the funds for) a HD system this limitation is a bit restrictive.

IP is definitely the way to go. We've done a few installs now an if you are using POE the fit is a breeze.
